Connecting to a VPN in Vietnam

Connect to VPN (virtual Private Network) servers in Ho Chi Minh City for fast, low-latency performance, and switch to servers in 100 countries worldwide to securely navigate internet censorship and content restrictions when needed.

All Surfshark servers are built for speed, reliability, and privacy, featuring:

10Gbps ports, so your 4K streams, video calls, and downloads stay smooth even during peak hours;
Multiple servers per city to prevent downtime and overcrowding;
Private DNS (Domain Name System) on each server that encrypts your traffic and prevents it from leaking;
RAM-only infrastructure, so you can rest assured your activity data is never saved to a physical drive and stored long-term.

Surfshark’s server network ensures your experience remains fast, smooth, and private, regardless of where you connect from.

Surfshark’s key benefits

Increased online privacy

Connecting to Surfshark VPN (Virtual Private Network) masks your IP (Internet Protocol) address and encrypts your online traffic, making it harder for bad actors to track your virtual location and online activities.

Our VPN app’s ad blocker offers even more peace of mind by stopping ads and trackers and alerting you to past data breaches on sites you visit.

Leave distractions behind and ride the clean wave of uninterrupted browsing.

High-speed internet connection

Boosting your security with a VPN doesn’t mean sacrificing fast speeds.

Surfshark is one of the fastest VPNs on the market, so you’re in good hands.

Our VPN servers offer unlimited bandwidth, bringing you top-notch encryption and the fast speeds you expect.

Vast server network

Surfshark has 4,500+ servers in 100 countries on six continents, making it easy to connect to a nearby VPN server. You can handle your most demanding data needs with 10 Gbps servers across our entire network and ultra-fast 100 Gbps servers in the Netherlands.

Not sure which of our locations is best for you? Select Quick connect to have the VPN app automatically choose the fastest available option.

Unlimited simultaneous connections

The best VPN won’t limit your connection to a single device.

Whether you’re surfing on a Mac, Windows PC, or mobile, our VPN app lets you protect multiple devices at once.

Secure all your gadgets at no extra cost with Surfshark’s simultaneous connections.

All-in-one cybersecurity suite

Surfshark gives you much more than a VPN connection.

Our Starter plan offers advanced tools like an ad blocker, kill switch, and personal data masking to enhance your web security.

For added protection, higher tiers included Antivirus, data leak monitoring, and our Incogni personal data removal service.

Surfshark vs. free VPNs

Free VPNs often compromise on privacy and performance. Surfshark VPN offers a more secure browsing experience you can trust.

	Free VPNs	Surfshark VPN
Data collection risk	High: free options often track your activity and share data with third parties	Low: Surfshark’s strict no-logs policy is independently verified
Speed and bandwidth	Restricted: speed throttling and bandwidth limits are common	Unlimited: no bandwidth or speed caps are in place
Ads and trackers	Common: free tools may inject ads or allow trackers	Blocked: built-in ad and tracker blocking
Customer support	Limited: often no live help and slow response times	24/7: round-the-clock live chat support
VPN servers and locations	Few: frequently have overloaded servers that slow your connection	Thousands: lets you connect to 4,500+ high-speed servers in 100 countries
Encryption	Unreliable: may lack strong encryption standards	Strong: modern AEGIS-256X2 and encryption standards AES-256 and ChaCha20 for increased protection
