Senior User Data Manager

We're looking for a visionary Senior User Data Manager to architect our user analytics strategy. This pivotal leadership role is about building the framework that connects user behavior to core business success.
You will guide our Product and Lifecycle analytics teams, unifying their work to provide a single, powerful narrative that informs top-level strategy. If you thrive on turning ambiguity into clarity and acting as a trusted thought partner to the business, this is your chance to make a definitive impact.

If you want to:

  • Own the user analytics strategy end-to-end, connecting product usage, lifecycle performance, and business outcomes into a single, decision-ready framework;
  • Ensure Product and Lifecycle analytics are integrated, consistent, and complementary—not duplicated or competing;
  • Lead, coach, and scale two analytics teams with different operating models (a Lifecycle Data Team led via a Team Lead, and a Product Data Team with direct IC reporting);
  • Establish and enforce high standards for data quality, governance, documentation, reproducibility, and analytical rigor;
  • Define and standardize metrics and experimentation practices to ensure analytics informs decisions before execution;
  • Act as a senior thought partner to Product, Lifecycle, Engineering, and Payments, turning ambiguous problems into structured, outcome-driven analytical work;
  • Design and drive end-to-end analytics solutions and process improvements that scale with product complexity and organizational growth.

  • And you can check off:

  • Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams in a SaaS, consumer app, or digital product environment;
  • Experience managing multiple teams or analytical domains simultaneously, with different reporting structures;
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy through data;
  • Hands-on background in product and user analytics;
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale, event-level datasets;
  • Experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g., dbt, Looker, Tableau, Git-based workflows);
  • Deep understanding of metrics, experimentation, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analysis;
  • Ability to turn vague business questions into clear analytical plans and drive them to actionable outcomes;
  • High standards for clarity, structure, and precision in both analysis and communication;
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity and imposing structure where needed.

  • Here’s the deal:

  • Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
  • Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts with a physical coach and sports card to health insurance and regular mental health checks;
  • Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work;
  • Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
  • Convenient commuting: traveling from point A to point B in a city like Warsaw is quite a journey! That’s why we compensate your public transport costs;
  • Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
  • Gross salary: 27000-30000 PLN/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.

    We want our teams to have chemistry, so we provide an opportunity to meet potential teammates or other colleagues for a chat.
