Incogni is a fast-growing consumer privacy-tech product helping people remove their personal data from third-party companies. As we scale globally, we’re evolving how our engineering teams build, deploy, and operate services.

We’re looking for a people-focused DevOps leader to help us grow the next stage of our platform and infrastructure capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong hands-on background in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, and has since moved into a team lead or engineering manager role.

As we transition from a monolithic architecture toward a more distributed services platform, this role will be key in shaping not just the technical direction, but also the ways of working, ownership model, and operational culture needed to support that evolution.

If you want to:

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps / Platform engineers, helping them expand their impact, ownership, and technical maturity;

  • Set direction for the DevOps function and build a strong culture around collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence;

  • Help engineering teams adopt scalable, reliable ways of building, deploying, and operating services as we evolve toward a service-oriented architecture;

  • Drive improvements in reliability, observability, incident management, CI/CD, and deployment practices;

  • Support self-service infrastructure, reusable tooling, and secure-by-default delivery workflows;

  • Stay close to the technical domain to coach effectively, guide decisions, and promote pragmatic, cost-aware scaling.

And you can check off:

  • Experience leading or mentoring DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering teams;

  • A strong hands-on background in infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability, even if your current role is more focused on people leadership;

  • Experience supporting  organizations through scale, especially during architecture and operating model changes;

  • The ability to balance technical strategy with people management and execution;

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams around shared practices and priorities;

  • Demonstrated track record of improving engineering effectiveness through automation, platform thinking, and operational maturity;

  • A solid understanding of modern infrastructure and cloud-native practices, including areas such as Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, observability, and reliability engineering.

Bonus points if you:

  • Led teams through monolith-to-microservices transitions;

  • Have experience in building or scaling Platform Engineering or Internal Developer Platform capabilities;

  • Implemented SLO-driven reliability practices and improved incident response / on-call processes;

  • Have formalized DevOps ways of working across multiple teams in a growing engineering organization.

Here's the deal:

  • Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
  • Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks;
  • Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work;
  • Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
  • Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
  • More days off: additional vacation days depending on your tenure;
  • Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
  • Gross salary: 7000 - 8600 Eur/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
