Senior Acquisition Product Manager
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our on-site acquisition funnels within our Monetization team. You will own the acquisition roadmap and its core business metrics — Billings Per Session (BPS) and Conversion Rate (CR) — designing, building, and revamping the funnels that convert website visitors into paid subscribers.
You will work alongside dedicated Technical Product Managers, CRO managers, Data analysts, UX researchers, and Lifecycle specialists — each owning a piece of the acquisition ecosystem while you drive the overarching strategy and roadmap.
If you want to:
Identify, research, and build new acquisition funnels tailored to specific marketing channels, user intents, or secondary product use-cases;
Validate new business cases from zero-to-one (e.g., Free Trial model) and revamp underperforming funnels;
Translate winning Proof-of-Concept experiments into scalable, permanent product experiences with clear requirements;
Design drop-off recovery and retargeting strategies (email capture, exit-intent) in partnership with Lifecycle/CRM teams;
Own and orchestrate the unified Acquisition Roadmap, integrating initiatives from Payments PMs, Activation PMs, and CRO managers;
Collaborate with Performance Marketing and User Acquisition teams to ensure message-match from ad creatives through the full funnel;
Partner with Technical Product Managers to ensure smooth execution of strategic vision across Checkout, Pricing, and other key pages;
Monitor competitor acquisition, onboarding, and monetization strategies to inform acquisition product direction.
And you can check off:
Proven Product Management experience focused on Growth, Acquisition, or Monetization in a mature B2C SaaS environment;
Proven track record of owning acquisition or conversion metrics and delivering measurable improvements;
Strong fluency in product analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and data-driven decision-making;
Experience working in matrixed organisations, leading through influence across multiple domain owners;
Understanding of paid media mechanics and user acquisition economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR);
Ability to operate at both strategic (12-month roadmap) and tactical (detailed requirements, PoC-to-product) levels.
Bonus points if you:
Background in behavioural economics, digital consumer psychology, or UX research;
Experience introducing or optimising Free Trial or freemium models;
Familiarity with CRM/lifecycle marketing tools and retargeting strategies;
Prior experience partnering directly with Performance Marketing teams on funnel-level attribution.
