Online Reputation Team Lead
We are looking for a communications professional to lead a dedicated team of online reputation specialists. If you enjoy solving complex communication puzzles and want to play a key role in how a global cybersecurity brand is perceived, this is the role for you.
If you want to:
Lead a team of five online reputation specialists responsible for user communication across online channels, sentiment monitoring, reporting, and managing online reputation projects;
Manage sensitive situations that may negatively impact the brand and coordinate communication strategies when needed;
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, Legal, PR, and Customer Service, to ensure consistent messaging;
Represent the online reputation perspective in product development and launches, helping to identify and mitigate potential risks;
Leverage online sentiment data to identify trends and turn them into actionable areas for improvement;
Develop and scale standard procedures and communication templates to ensure efficient collaboration.
And you can check off:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messages;
Proven experience in the field of PR, communication, or online reputation;
Systematic approach toward problem-solving in unstructured and undefined situations;
Analytical thinking and willingness to dig into macro- and micro-level details of a situation;
Strong understanding and use of social platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience in people management, including leading and mentoring a team;
Know the cybersecurity landscape and trends.
