You’ll be the person who refines our workflows, mentors the team, and ensures that our global web presence remains as polished and professional as the products we build. Acting as a strategic partner to marketing, design, and engineering, you will bridge the gap between creative ideas and technical execution. Proven experience leading and motivating teams;Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and a solid understanding of how modular page builders function;Strong background in UX principles and design thinking;Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate scope, manage competing priorities, and explain technical constraints to non-technical teams;Experience managing multi-language web projects and an understanding of the complexities that come with publishing content at scale;A track record of creating or improving operational workflows to increase team efficiency without sacrificing quality;Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS);Basic SEO knowledge, including page structure and web performance basics.Here’s the deal:
