From planning to reporting, our UX Research team handles the whole cycle and has the freedom to do things their own way. This diverse group of individuals is united in understanding our users and aligning our business goals with their needs. If you want to:

  • Do exploratory research to build a shared understanding of users' goals, needs, and motivations;
  • Craft user journeys;
  • Provide users behavior insights for web pages (re)designs;
  • Do various kinds of evaluative research (from visual to usability testing);
  • Own the entire research process - from forming research goals to reporting the findings and managing stakeholders;
  • Closely collaborate with design, experimentation, and web development teams (just to name a few).

  • And you can check off:

  • 2+ years of research experience in product/web development;
  • Knowledge of mixed methods like usability testing, interviewing, surveys, heuristic evaluation, and behavioral analytics (i.e., familiarity with Google Analytics);
  • Full ownership of the research process;
  • Knowledge of how to synthesize data and draw out relevant insights;
  • Ability to report research findings in a clear manner;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Proven contribution to UXR processes and democratization efforts.

  • Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with visual design testing and unmoderated testing platforms;
  • Have a marketing or analytical background;
  • Are familiar with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.

  • Gross salary: 2500 - 3650 Eur/month for the Lithuanian market. It may vary depending on your skills, experience, or location.
