Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Incogni)

We’re building a new squad, a startup within a startup, to design, develop, and grow our new and much-needed tool to protect your identity online. It’s called Incogni – a new consumer privacy-tech tool that allows anyone to remove their personal data from 3rd party companies. If you want to:

  • Develop and execute retention marketing campaigns, including email marketing, in-app/product messaging, and other tactics to engage customers and reduce churn;
  • Work closely with creative teams on developing engaging, on-brand and revenue-driving content for email, in-app and push channels;
  • Analyze customer data and behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, areas for improvement and upsell opportunities;
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns that address those needs;
  • Track and report on key retention metrics, including customer churn rate, lifetime value, and customer engagement;
  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns and automation from idea to deployment;
  • Lead A/B testing strategies to improve email engagement and conversion.

  • And you can check off:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, demand generation or client retention;
  • Experience developing and executing retention marketing campaigns, including email marketing, in-app messaging, and other tactics;
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with customer data analysis and reporting;
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot / Sendgrid / Iterable / Mailchimp or similar;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Desire to run tests and perfect emails to the last detail before implementation;
  • Always-put-the-customer-first mentality; 
  • Goal and growth-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
