Mid/Senior Technical Lifecycle Manager

We’re looking for a senior technical lifecycle expert to support and scale the infrastructure behind our CRM and lifecycle projects. You’ll be the person ensuring our lifecycle systems are reliable, scalable, and technically sound, while enabling the lifecycle team to move faster and smarter.

This is a technical-first role, but not limited to technical projects only. While you won’t be responsible for writing copy or designing assets, you’re expected to have hands-on experience working with campaigns and building lifecycle flows — and to be able to step in and support communications projects when needed.

If you want to:

  • Support the Technical Lifecycle Lead in evolving our CRM setup across email, push, and in-app channels;
  • Implement technical lifecycle projects, integrations, and automations to help the team move faster with scalable, automation-first solutions;
  • Own end-to-end email deliverability and inbox placement, managing sender reputation and ongoing list hygiene;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for deliverability issues, using testing to continuously optimize performance;
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across CRM platforms, debugging event tracking, data flow, and personalization problems;
  • Own and maintain universal and deep links across all channels, partnering with mobile engineers to ensure a seamless user experience;
  • Apply AI tools to automate journeys, optimize workflows, and improve overall efficiency;
  • Document technical processes and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams.

  • And you can check off:

  • Proven knowledge in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation with a strong technical focus;
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns and flows in tools like Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar;
  • Proven ownership of email deliverability and inbox placement;
  • A strong understanding of email infrastructure, event-based architectures, customer data models, and segmentation;
  • Experience with deep linking, mobile lifecycle flows, and in-app messaging;
  • Comfort translating business requirements into technical solutions;
  • A strong troubleshooting mindset and enjoy digging into complex systems;
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and how they can support lifecycle workflows;
  • Fluent in English.

  • Here’s the deal:

  • Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
  • Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts, a physical coach and a gym to regular mental health checks;
  • Tools of your choice: choose technical equipment and the tools you need to do your best;
  • Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
  • Convenient commuting: traveling from point A to point B can be a pain. That’s why, depending on your unique circumstances, we compensate part of your public transport costs;
  • Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
  • Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
  • Gross salary: 2700-4700 Eur/month for the Lithuanian market, 11900-20000 Pln/month for the Polish market. It may vary depending on your skills and experience.
