This Giveaway promotion is organized in collaboration with Peakstar Technologies Inc. (Saily). Surfshark assumes no responsibility for any matters occurring on Saily product side.
1.1. Surfshark Giveaway (the Giveaway) is open to natural persons (the Participant or Participants) residing in
1.2. The geographical location of a particular Participant will be determined based on the geographical location associated with the IP address used at the time of purchasing a Surfshark subscription.
1.3. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
1.4. Participants must have read and accepted Surfshark’s Terms and Conditions (available here: https://surfshark.com/terms-of-service) before purchasing a Surfshark subscription.
1.5. Employees of Surfshark and affiliated entities are not eligible to participate.
2.1. The Giveaway will begin on January 13, 2025, 00:00 Central European Time and end on February 3, 2025, 23:59 Central European Time (the Giveaway Period).
3.1. To enter the Giveaway, Participants must, during the Giveaway Period, purchase any Surfshark 2-year subscription (Surfshark Starter, Surfshark One, or Surfshark One+) via Surfshark official website.
3.2. The Gift will be provided to Participants who have not refunded their subscription within 31 days from the moment they are charged for their subscription. If a Participant is on a free trial, the 31-day period will commence once the free trial ends and the Participant becomes a paying user. Any subscriptions purchased during the Giveaway period and subsequently canceled before the end of the applicable 31-day period are not eligible for the Gift.
3.3. Each Participant will receive one Gift (as described below) for each valid subscription purchased following these Rules.
4.1. Upon successful purchase of any Surfshark 2-year subscription within the Giveaway Period, each verified and confirmed Participant (who meets the eligibility criteria as specifically defined herein) will receive a voucher for Saily eSIM data service plan (as defined in Section 1.1 of Saily Terms and Conditions). The value of voucher depends on the purchased Surfshark subscription:
Each of the vouchers mentioned above is individually referred to as the “Gift“.
4.2. The Gift will be delivered to the Surfshark web application associated with the particular Surfshark account.
4.3. Surfshark does not assume any responsibility if the Participant loses access to Surfshark web application or fails to redeem the Gift within the established term without the fault of Surfshark. Furthermore, Surfshark is not liable for:
4.3.1. Inaccuracy or incompleteness of the Participant’s provided details required for coupon redemption.
4.3.2. Any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors that may occur during the coupon generation, transmission, or redemption process, whether caused by the Participant’s equipment, software, or internet service providers.
4.3.3. Unauthorized access, use, or tampering with the redemption system, coupons, or any related mechanisms by third parties.
4.4. IMPORTANT: Each eligible Participant can activate the Gift through the Saily app until December 31, 2025. The Gift can be redeemed in the Surfshark web application starting 5 months from the date it becomes available in the Surfshark web application to the eligible Participant. If the Participant does not redeem and activate the Gift within these timeframes, they will not be able to do so later.
4.5. The Gift can be used exclusively for the following destination countries and regions within the Saily app. Please be aware that Saily reserves the right to modify this list at its sole discretion. Surfshark shall not be held liable for any unavailability of countries resulting from Saily’s decisions. As of the start date of this Giveaway, the list of available countries includes:
4.6. Kindly note that additional restrictions to the Gift may apply, see details at Saily website (https://saily.com/) or mobile application (either iOS or Android). For example, the eSIM data package starts only when you activate your Saily plan (see When does my eSIM data package start? at Saily Help Center) or your device may not be eSIM compatible (see How to check if my device is eSIM compatible? at Saily Help Center). Please review Saily Help Center, Terms and Conditions as well as other documents carefully and make sure you clearly understand them before you redeem or otherwise use the Gift.
4.7. The Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, other items, or services, except Saily eSIM data services. Surfshark does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen (i.e., redeemed Gift without the Participant’s permission) Gifts for reasons beyond the Surfshark’s fault, and replacements will not be provided. The Gift is as stated and nothing else is included.
5.1. Surfshark reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Rules or attempts to manipulate the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.
5.2. Surfshark reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Surfshark’s control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
5.3. Surfshark is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any computer-related, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the entry process.
5.4. The Participant hereby agrees to be in full compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to international sanctions. Failure to adhere to these legal obligations may result in disqualification or other appropriate actions as determined by Surfshark.
6.1. If you decide not to participate in this Giveaway or you have any other questions or concerns related to the Giveaway, please contact support@surfshark.com.
7.1. If the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside control of Surfshark (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Surfshark that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion), Surfshark reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disallow any reward claims at its sole discretion or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.
7.2. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Surfshark assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance of the Gift or participation in this Giveaway.
8.1. Surfshark may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or any of Surfshark’s websites; (ii) acting in violation of these Rules; or (iii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If an entry is incomplete or if the Participant uses robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods, an entry will be disqualified. The authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Promotion at the actual time of the entry will be deemed to be the Participant and must comply with the rules set herein in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email address.
9.1. By participating in this Giveaway, each Participant agrees that Surfshark’s decisions related to the Giveaway and all distribution of Gift are final. Any difficulties in interpreting these rules and any disputes will be settled by Surfshark or by the competent courts.
10.1. These Rules will be governed by the law of the Netherlands. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in compliance with the Electronic Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) the accurate laws of the Participant’s country of residence will apply for consumers’ protection purposes.

European Economic Area (EEA), where data protection laws may differ. In such
cases, we will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your

This Giveaway is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not
knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age. If you believe
that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, please contact
us to request the deletion of such data.
