1. Eligibility

1.1. Surfshark Giveaway (the Giveaway) is open to natural persons (the Participant or Participants) residing in 

• France, 
• Germany

1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

1.3. Participants must have read and accepted Surfshark’s Terms and Conditions (available here: https://surfshark.com/terms-of-service) before purchasing a Surfshark subscription.

1.4. By proceeding, the Participants acknowledge that they have read the Amazon.com Balance and Amazon.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions (for Participants from Germany: www.amazon.de/gc-legal, for Participants from France: www.amazon.fr/gc-legal),  as well as understand that compliance with these terms is their responsibility. This includes the understanding that it is the Participant’s responsibility to identify and adhere to any restrictions specified in these terms.

2. Giveaway period

2.1. The Giveaway will begin on September 10, 2024 00:00 EEST and end on October 10, 2024, 23:59 EEST (the Giveaway Period).

3. How to participate

3.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must, during the Giveaway Period, purchase any Surfshark 2-year subscription (Surfshark Starter, Surfshark One, or Surfshark One+) via official Surfshark website dedicated for Germany (www.surfshark.de) and France (www.surfshark.fr) .

3.2. Each Participant will receive one Gift (as described below) for each valid subscription purchased following these Rules.

4. Gift and delivery

4.1. Each Participant who follows these Rules will be eligible for the following coupon which can be utilized on a dedicated Amazon website website (the Gift):

• Participants from Germany will receive an https://amazon.de/ coupon  valued at either 10, 20, or 30 EUR depending on their chosen Surfshark subscription plan: Surfshark Starter – 10 EUR, Surfshark One – 20 EUR, or Surfshark One+ – 30 EUR. 
• Participants from France will receive an https://amazon.fr/ coupon  valued at either 10, 20, or 30 EUR depending on their chosen Surfshark subscription plan: Surfshark Starter – 10 EUR, Surfshark One – 20 EUR, or Surfshark One+ – 30 EUR. 

4.2. The Gift will be provided to Participants who have not refunded their subscription within 30 days from the moment of purchase (any subscriptions purchased during the Giveaway period and subsequently canceled are not eligible for the Gift).

4.3. The Gift will be delivered to the Surfshark web application associated with the particular Surfshark account. 

4.4. Surfshark does not assume any responsibility if the Participant loses access to Surfshark web application or fails to redeem the Gift within the established term without the fault of Surfshark. Furthermore, Surfshark is not liable for:

4.4.1. Inaccuracy or incompleteness of the Participant’s provided details required for coupon redemption.

4.4.2. Any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors that may occur during the coupon generation, transmission, or redemption process, whether caused by the Participant’s equipment, software, or internet service providers.

4.4.3. Unauthorized access, use, or tampering with the redemption system, coupons, or any related mechanisms by third parties.

4.5. IMPORTANT: Each eligible Participant can redeem the Gift and activate it during the period from the moment when they become eligible for a coupon until 5 months after the end of Giveaway Period . If the Participant does not redeem and activate the Gift during those periods, the Participant will not be able to redeem and activate it later.

5. General Conditions

5.1. Surfshark reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Rules or attempts to manipulate the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.

5.2. Surfshark reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Surfshark’s control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

5.3. Surfshark is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any computer-related, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the entry process.

5.4. The Participant hereby agrees to be in full compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to international sanctions. Failure to adhere to these legal obligations may result in disqualification or other appropriate actions as determined by Surfshark.
