Mobile Growth Manager

If you want to:

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets;
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms ASA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI;
  • Stay informed about ASA best practices, industry trends, and new features to remain competitive and achieve optimal results;
  • Develop and implement UA / ASO strategies to enhance app store rankings and increase visibility;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies;
  • Analyse user data and conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates, retention, and monetization metrics;
  • Collaborate with product teams to implement features and improvements that enhance the user experience and drive growth;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide stakeholders with regular performance reports and insights;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and mobile app marketing and growth hacking best practices.

  • And you can check off:

  • At least 3+ years of experience working with user acquisition / ASO in a global app. Experience working with subscription apps is a plus;
  • Track record of building & executing mobile app growth strategies at scale;
  • A good understanding of tracking technology and strong skills in iOS Advertising/SKAdNetwork attribution;
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.);
  • Excellent analytical thinking and ability to draw correct conclusions from data and subsequent action steps;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with mobile tools (e.g., App Store, Playstore, Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase, Google Analytics and similar);
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments.
