Surfshark Gift Offering Rules

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Surfshark Gift Offering (hereafter referred to as “Gift Offering”) is open to participants (“Participant” or “Participants”) worldwide.

1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

1.3. Participants must have read and accepted Surfshark’s Terms and Conditions before purchasing a Surfshark subscription.

1.4. Participants must comply with YouTube Community Guidelines, as well as wholly compliant and consistent with the YouTube Terms of Service.

1.5. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read the terms of service outlined in https://mrbeast.store and understand that compliance with these terms is your responsibility. This includes the understanding that it is your responsibility to identify and adhere to any restrictions specified in the terms.

Please note that this Gift Offering is extended to all Participants worldwide under the same conditions. If the mandatory laws of your country or store terms of service impose certain restrictions, kindly refrain from participating in the Gift Offering.

2. Gift Offering period

2.1. The Gift Offering will begin on 11 of January, 2024 and end on 25 of January, 2024.

 

3. How to participate

To enter the Gift Offering, participants must:

3.1. Visit the Surfshark website (https://surfshark.com/mrbeast).

3.2. Purchase a Surfshark subscription using the promotional code “MRBEAST”.

3.3. Each Participant will receive one entry for each valid subscription purchase made using the specified code during the entry period.

 

4. Gift and delivery

4.1. Each Participant who purchases a Surfshark subscription following the instructions outlined in these Rules can redeem a separate code to receive a “MrBeast” basketball from its official e-shop, located at the website address: https://mrbeast.store/products/mrbeast-basketball (Gift).  Participants will incur no shipping costs.

4.2. The Gift will be provided to user who has maintained an active subscription for at least 30 days, excluding any subscriptions purchased during the Gift Offering period and subsequently canceled.

4.3. The Organizer does not assume any responsibility if the Participant provides an invalid email address and does not receive the redeemed code for the Gift. Furthermore, the Organizer is not liable for:

4.3.1. Inaccuracy or incompleteness of the Participant’s provided details required for code redemption.

4.3.2. Any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors that may occur during the coupon code generation, transmission, or redemption process, whether caused by the Participant’s equipment, software, or internet service providers.

4.3.3. Unauthorized access, use, or tampering with the redemption system, coupon codes, or any related mechanisms by third parties.

 

5. General Conditions

5.1. Surfshark reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules, or attempts to manipulate the entry process or the operation of the Gift Offering.

5.2. Surfshark reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Gift Offering if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Surfshark’s control impair the integrity of the Gift Offering.

5.3. Surfshark is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any computer-related, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the entry process.

5.4. The Participant hereby agrees to be in full compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to international sanctions. Failure to adhere to these legal obligations may result in disqualification or other appropriate actions as determined by the Organizer.

Privacy notice for participants of the Gift Offering

This Privacy Notice explains how Surfshark B.V. (hereinafter — “we” or “Surfshark”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data in relation to the Gift Offering. We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Purposes of processing

We will process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Organizing the Gift Offering effectively;
• Contacting the Participant of the Gift Offering;
• Delivery of the Gift.

• The fact of whether the person has bought a subscription;
• Subscription ID, date of purchase, attribution link;
• Communication with the Participant;
• Information needed for price delivery.

Your personal data will be retained for as long as the Gift Offering ends and will be deleted no longer than 6 months after that.

The Gift Offering is governed by the terms and conditions or rules that the Participants agree to abide by, therefore, we have a necessity to process your personal data for the performance of a contract.

In such cases, we will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, as required by applicable data protection laws, specifically by entering into the standard contractual clauses with the data recipients established outside the EEA.

This Gift Offering is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, please contact us to request the deletion of such data.
