Surfshark x Sevilla FC Raffle Rules

Giveaway organizer: Surfshark B.V., with its registered address at Kabelweg 57, 1014BA Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and registration number 81967985

1.1. The Surfshark Raffle (hereafter referred to as “Giveaway”) is open to residents of Spain. Residency will be determined according to the IP address used during the purchase of Surfshark services.

1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

1.3. Employees of Surfshark and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

1.4. Participants must have read and accepted Surfshark’s Terms and Conditions before purchasing a Surfshark subscription.

2.1. The Giveaway will begin on 9th of March, 2026, and end on 22nd of March, 2026.

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

3.1. Purchase a Surfshark subscription using the promotional code “SEVILLAFC”.

3.2. Each participant will receive one entry for each valid subscription purchase made using the specified code during the Giveaway Period.

4.1. The winner will receive an official Sevilla FC shirt.

5.1. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

5.2. The winner, at the winner’s selection day, must be a Surfshark user who has maintained an active subscription for at least 30 days (subscribed to Surfshark during the giveaway period March 9 – March 22), excluding any subscriptions purchased during the Giveaway period and subsequently canceled.

5.3. The winner will be selected and announced 30 days after the Giveaway period ends.

5.4. The organizer will use the winner’s email address to contact the winner. The organizer will use the same email address as indicated on the Surfshark account.

5.5. If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility criteria or does not respond by email within 5 days, a new winner will be randomly selected following the same rules.

6.1. The prize will be shipped to the winner’s provided mailing address by Sevilla FC.

6.2. Surfshark will collect the necessary shipping details from the winner and provide this data to Sevilla FC solely for the purpose of dispatching the prize.

6.3. The winner may be required to provide additional information to Surfshark for prize delivery, such as a valid shipping address and contact phone number.

7.1. Surfshark reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to manipulate the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.

7.2. Surfshark reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Surfshark’s control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

7.3. Surfshark is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any computer-related, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the entry process.

Your personal data will be retained for as long as the Giveaway ends and will be deleted no longer than 6 months after that.

The Giveaway is governed by the terms and conditions or rules that the participants agree to abide by, therefore, we have a necessity to process your personal data for the performance of a contract.

Data recipients

To ensure the delivery of your prize, your personal data (specifically your name, delivery address, and contact details) will be shared with Sevilla FC, who is responsible for dispatching the official shirt.

Your personal data may also be transferred to and stored in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), where data protection laws may differ. In such cases, we will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, as required by applicable data protection laws, specifically by entering into the standard contractual clauses with the data recipients established outside the EEA.

Children’s privacy

This Giveaway is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, please contact us to request the deletion of such data.

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling, to make decisions that significantly affect you.
