We’re building HeyPolo – a privacy-first smart location-sharing app that helps families and friends stay connected, safe, and in control. HeyPolo is designed for meaningful connections without intrusive tracking: real-time updates, consent-based sharing, and intuitive safety features that put users in charge of their data and give them peace of mind.

If you want to:

  • Support seamless delivery across cross-functional development streams;
  • Take full ownership of Jira, including scoping, prioritizing, and actively participating in sprint planning;
  • Write clear, high-quality product descriptions and compelling user stories;
  • Contribute directly to product strategy formulation and execution while proactively proposing innovative solutions;
  • Continuously gather, analyze, and champion the voice of the customer using interviews, surveys, and feedback loops to deeply understand user needs.

And you can check off:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst working alongside agile cross-functional teams;
  • A "startup mindset" with the ability to thrive in a high-tempo environment and easily navigate ambiguity;
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude with the readiness to dive deep into day-to-day execution;
  • A strong, customer-centric drive with the know-how to collect and leverage user feedback using a variety of modern tools and methodologies.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked with subscription-based products and understand retention dynamics;
  • Are experienced in designing end-to-end user journeys, not just isolated features.
