If you want to:
Lead the design and optimization of Incogni’s landing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion funnels through continuous A/B testing;
Translate research insights, analytics, and behavioral data into clear, testable design hypotheses;
Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and analytics teams to plan, launch, and analyze experiments that improve user acquisition and activation;
Maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience while exploring bold variations that push growth forward;
Build scalable design systems and workflows for rapid iteration, ensuring that future experiments are faster to launch and easier to evaluate;
Help establish a structured process for using AI in design work, and drive initiatives exploring how AI can speed up design iteration and experimentation;
Share learnings across teams, helping establish a culture of experimentation and evidence-based design.
And you can check off:
Proven experience in product, growth, or web design with a strong portfolio showing measurable impact on conversion or engagement metrics;
The ability to clearly present hypotheses, design rationale, and test outcomes to stakeholders;
A deep interest in CRO and both quantitative and qualitative research;
Strong expertise in Figma, including working with components, variables, and design systems;
Familiarity with experimentation and analytics tools (Hotjar, Neurons, Clarity, or similar);
Proficiency with AI design tools and demonstrable ability to create and integrate them with production-ready design systems and workflows;
Excellent UI skills, with a strong eye for visual detail and polish;
Curiosity about user behavior and a data-informed mindset that blends creative and analytical thinking.
