Lead Business Analyst

Are you passionate about driving strategic decision-making through data insights? We're looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our team and take a key role in shaping how data informs our organization.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you'll partner closely with stakeholders, spearheading deep dives into key business areas, crafting actionable insights, and delivering clear, effective data visualizations and presentations. Your work will ensure our teams have the analytical support and insights they need to make informed decisions and meet their goals while the data team is provided with future backlog opportunities.

If you want to:

  • Support decision-making processes by independently leading analysis and deep dives for various business units;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and facilitate ongoing strategic discussions;
  • Assist in building dashboards that drive business actions when needed;
  • Ensure data requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business needs, collaborating with the data team to solve specific business problems and questions;
  • Execute ad-hoc data analyses and contribute to continuous improvements in data processes. 

    • And you can check off:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis or analytical roles;
  • Existing user retention (LTV, recurring rates, etc)  analytics experience or product analytics usage experience;
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex data into clear insights and presentations; 
  • Excellent SQL skills for querying and managing data. Knowledge of Python is a bonus;
  • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar;
  • A solid business acumen, with experience collaborating closely with multiple departments; 
  • Passion for translating data into business recommendations and a proactive approach to driving business outcomes;
  • Great communication skills and presentation skills;
  • Experience in leading analytical projects.
