We are looking for a PR Team Lead to take our global presence to the next level. In this role, you will lead a team of PR professionals, fostering their growth and mentorship while ensuring Surfshark’s mission resonates globally. As a strategic partner to our experts and spokespeople, you will help shape the narratives that define our brand.

If you are a creative trend-spotter who can bridge the gap between cultural shifts and brand storytelling and have the communication skills to navigate stakeholder needs with ease, we want to hear from you.

If you want to:

  • Develop and drive comprehensive PR strategies that align with our business objectives;

  • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with global media outlets and industry experts to secure top-tier coverage;

  • Act as a key bridge between marketing, communications, and executive leadership to ensure brand consistency;

  • Proactively identify industry trends and news cycles to generate high-impact PR campaigns and story ideas;

  • Lead a team of PR specialists, providing the guidance and performance feedback necessary to build a world-class department.

And you can check off:

  • Extensive experience in international PR or Communications, ideally within a leadership role;

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex technical concepts into compelling stories;

  • A deep understanding of what makes a story interesting and the ability to generate content that captures a journalist's interest;

  • A natural ability to manage a high-performing team and drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment;

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels;

  • Familiarity with the technology and cybersecurity landscape, including a sharp eye for emerging digital trends.
