Competition in the VPN industry is real, so it’s only natural to ask: what does a business need to keep its existing users active and satisfied? The good thing is that we already know the answer –  a Growth team!
Our growth team is making sure that Surfshark’s users understand the benefits of our product and use it in the best possible way. They create use cases and grow our user crowd by implementing convenient product changes while maintaining and nurturing our existing clientele. Now, they are looking for extra hands and brains to help us take our game to the next level!

If you want to:

  • Develop a mix of triggered, targeted, and one-off campaigns to support customer acquisition and post-sale product upgrades;
  • Execute all aspects of the email, push, and in-app deployment process from segmentation, content development (with the help of other in-house teams), QA, launch, and monitoring deliveries;
  • Develop and execute A/B experiments across channels;
  • Own our customer loyalty program from A to Z;
  • Work closely with other acquisition marketing teams to help them maximize the benefits of marketing automation;
  • Build cross-functional relationships internally, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support shared company goals.

  • At least 2-3 years of lifecycle, growth, or email marketing experience;
  • Proficiency with advanced marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot);
  • Enjoy experimenting with messaging, creatives, and audiences to achieve growth goals;
  • An analytical mind with enthusiasm for problem-solving and measuring the effectiveness of your work;
  • The ability to concept, create, and scale processes with lots of autonomy;
  • Fluency in English.

  • Gross salary: 2700 - 4100 Eur/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
