HeyPolo is designed for meaningful connection without intrusive tracking: real-time updates, consent-based sharing, and intuitive safety features that put users in charge of their data and peace of mind.

If you want to:

  • Take full ownership of the lifecycle marketing strategy (email, push, in-app);
  • Build comprehensive lifecycle journeys from scratch, covering onboarding to winback;
  • Design and implement automated flows using Iterable or similar platforms;
  • Drive key metric improvements across the funnel: activation, conversion, retention, and churn;
  • Conduct structured A/B tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation;
  • Collaborate closely with product and data teams on events, triggers, and segmentation;
  • Create high-performing lifecycle messaging with design and content teams;
  • Own lifecycle reporting and feed insights into the overall growth strategy.
 

And you can check off:

  • Proven hands-on experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing;
  • Familiarity with Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or similar platforms;
  • Proven track record of improving activation, conversion, and retention metrics;
  • Strong understanding of user journeys and funnel optimization;
  • Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis;
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities and execute quickly;
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and analytics teams.
 

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with subscription or SaaS products;
  • Have worked on mobile app lifecycle marketing (iOS/Android);
  • Are familiar with attribution tools and product analytics platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
