Incogni HR Lead
We are a rapidly growing, 120-person tech scale-up with two products and offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Warsaw, Berlin, and Los Angeles. We operate with the speed, agility, and innovation of a startup, while benefiting from a unique advantage: the backing and resources of a 500-person parent organization. This provides us with the financial stability and operational infrastructure to scale with confidence.
As we prepare for our next phase of hypergrowth, we are looking for a strategic HR Lead to ensure our talent, culture, and organizational design are ready for the journey.
If you want to:
- Be responsible for strategic HR partnership for Incogni and Ironwall, independently developed products by Surfshark;
- Transform top individual contributors into exceptional leaders by owning the coaching and development of the leadership layer;
- Represent product business needs from an HR perspective within the broader organization;
- Collaborate with department heads and team leads to understand their unique HR needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions;
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities and propose proactive strategies for enhancing processes and programs;
- Own core HR areas such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, team development, and organizational structure;
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, including change management, employee engagement, organizational restructuring, and process improvements.
And you can check off:
- Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, HR Lead, Head of HR, or in a similar role, preferably within rapidly growing tech companies;
- A data-driven and proactive approach: you don’t just react to HR requests—you use metrics such as eNPS and early attrition rates to anticipate challenges;
- Ability to operate at the leadership level, aligning workforce planning with product roadmaps and revenue targets—solving business problems, not just HR issues;
- A proactive mindset: you don’t wait for direction—you define and drive the strategy and agenda for your domain;
- Experience coaching managers through complex situations and enabling them to act independently;
- Strong ability to build effective working relationships with both employees and leadership;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Here’s the deal:
- Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
- Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks;
- Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work;
- Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
- Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
- More days off: additional vacation days depending on your tenure;
- Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
- Gross salary: 4000-6000 Eur/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
