Country Marketing Manager (France & BeNeLux)

And here comes the act local part. Our International Growth team is the heart of Surfshark’s growth engine, directly impacting our product’s global success.

As a multicultural and cross-functional team, they define and execute the local growth strategies, collaborating with central marketing & product teams. Sounds attractive? Then read along!

If you want to:

  • Be part of the growth journey of a European unicorn & have an impact on it;
  • Build a clear strategy to drive profitable growth & ensure local product/market fit;
  • Work together with central teams to fuel growth & execute local marketing plans;
  • Monitor performance & challenge the status quo to reach quarterly targets;
  • Build & manage relationships with new key local partners (media, influencers, affiliates, etc.);
  • Be the owner of the local brand OKRs and take initiatives to improve them;
  • Coordinate local PR execution;
  • Seek new growth opportunities.

  • And you can check off:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a marketing manager in a B2C Startup;
  • Good knowledge of all marketing channels, including Influencers & Affiliates;
  • Good connections within the local media & publishers ecosystem;
  • Previous experience working remotely & within a matrix organization;
  • Pro-active and results-oriented mindset, with excellent analytical skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French languages. Native proficiency will be considered as a plus.
