HR Business Partner (Maternity cover)

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning human resources initiatives and functions with the overall business strategy of the company. You will collaborate with various departments (marketing, growth, legal, BI) to provide strategic HR support, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive organizational effectiveness.

If you want to:

  • Collaborate with department heads to comprehend their unique HR needs and challenges, creating customized solutions;
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to pinpoint improvement opportunities, suggesting proactive strategies for process and program enhancement;
  • Offer guidance and counsel to managers and employees on HR topics like onboarding, off-boarding, performance, relations, and development;
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including change management, employee engagement, organizational restructuring, and process improvement efforts.

  • Prior HR business partner or similar role experience, especially in rapidly growing tech companies;
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency;
  • Logical and analytical thinking, project management skills;
  • Can-do attitude, adept problem-solving, and self-organization;
  • Empathetic skills — the ability to deal with different concerns and listen to people;
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with employees and management;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English (spoken and written).
