If you want to:

  • Fully own the recruitment process for various roles, including engineering, marketing, data, and other teams.
  • Conduct structured HR interviews, accurately assess role-specific requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships to build a network of potential candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment data thoroughly and take ownership of dedicated projects within the team.
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to improve and optimize the recruitment process.
