If you want to:

  • Manage localization projects for a global product;
  • Ensure that translations are delivered on time;
  • Ensure excellence in quality;
  • Communicate with various localization agencies;
  • Improve and update the localization process;
  • Utilize tools like Crowdin to streamline project management and execution;
  • Oversee the LQA process to maintain the highest quality standards;
  • Collaborate with development teams to align translation projects.

  • And you can check off:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Lithuanian;
  • Proficiency in Crowdin and other relevant localization management tools would be a bonus;
  • Adept at working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Attentiveness to detail;
  • Willingness to accept and give feedback;
  • Understanding of the web development process.
