If you want to:

  • Create and own a cross-functional team roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and having the final say in critical decisions;
  • Work closely with engineering managers, product managers, and key stakeholders to foster cross-functional teamwork and effective communication;
  • Manage, support, and evaluate your team’s performance;
  • Hire and retain top engineering talent, building a team that thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment;
  • Prioritize, delegate, and supervise all engineering activities and deliverables, managing team resources to align with organizational goals and broader strategies;
  • Provide oversight in product architecture and technical decisions, prioritize technical debt, drive productivity improvements, and conduct research for new features when needed.
