Senior Project Manager (Brand Team)

Brand activation team is shaking things up in the cybersecurity world and looking for new members to join this wild ride. Imagine creating video campaigns that might go viral, designing Instagram-worthy billboards, or branding buses that catch people’s attention. And we’re not just talking small-scale stuff. We’re talking about making an impact on a global level- from Australia to Timbuktu. But it’s not just about reaching people. It’s about making them understand the importance of cybersecurity and how we can make it more accessible. By joining the Brand Activation team, you’ll be part of a team that makes data-driven decisions and takes a calculated approach to make a real difference in the world.

If you want to:

  • Own the success of multiple marketing projects from planning to execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • Define and implement operational frameworks (e.g. sprints, OKRs).
  • Ensure financial oversight and performance tracking of your projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party providers (agencies, creators, freelancers).
  • Lead meetings: kick-offs, follow-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet brand standards and user expectations.
  • Manage communication, ensuring timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in.

  • Extensive experience managing digital and brand marketing projects.
  • A performance-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, with insight into upper/lower funnel channel synergy.
  • Familiarity with traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with key performance metrics (e.g. ROI, CR).
  • Great communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with creative thinking.
  • Fluency in English.
