Tools Engineer

JavaScript, Python, Next.js, Jira, Salesforce, Atlassian and GitLab are good friends of the Tools team, and now, you could be too!

If you want to:

  • Manage and maintain the Atlassian suite, including JIRA, Confluence, and Service Desk;
  • Configure and customize workflows, fields, and dashboards to meet business needs;
  • Act as the primary contact for Atlassian tool issues and inquiries;
  • Provide user support and training;
  • Conduct regular system audits;
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation;
  • Work with teams to understand needs and implement solutions.

    • And you can check off:

  • Proven experience in administering Atlassian tools;
  • Understanding of how to build a JIRA project from scratch;
  • Experience with JIRA automation;
  • Experience with Assets in Jira Service Management (JSM);
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
