Senior Product Owner (Experimentation Platform)

Once upon a time, our Conversion Rate Optimization team did such a good job optimizing our web that they started to play and experiment with our products and features. Now they’re nicknamed the Experimentation team, and they dedicate their time to finding how any new feature could improve our user experience.

This team is filled with curious, detail-oriented puzzle builders who love to observe and learn from various data. Their goal is to create a culture of experimentation throughout the company so that all employees understand the value and benefits of experimenting. And now they are looking for new pair of hands and brains to help them outsmart the competition!

If you want to:

  • Own and drive the vision and roadmap of our internal experimentation platform, aligning it with company goals and product workflows;
  • Define and prioritize the platform backlog with clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Ensure the platform supports statistically sound experiments and enforces governance to avoid bias or misinterpretation;
  • Act as the main contact for Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Experimentation Managers, turning their needs into scalable solutions;
  • Support manual experiments outside the platform by working with Experimentation Managers to ensure proper setup, execution, and analytical support, coordinating workload across analysts;
  • Analyze platform usage and experiment data to find gaps, improve the platform, and guide roadmap decisions;
  • Champion a culture of experimentation across the organization by making it easier for teams to design, execute, and learn from experiments;
  • Create documentation and training resources to help teams adopt best practices in experimental design, platform usage, and result interpretation.

  • And you can check off:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in data infrastructure, experimentation, or analytics tooling;
  • Strong technical foundation in experimentation and statistical methodologies (A/B testing, Bayesian inference, significance testing, etc.);
  • Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into a strategic product roadmap;
  • Experience working with data tracking systems, event-based analytics tools (e.g., Snowplow), and experimentation platforms would be considered as a plus;
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work involving analysts, product teams, and data science to ensure timely and accurate execution of manual experiments;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to synthesize feedback from diverse teams into product decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining statistical and experimental concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • A passion for data, experimentation, and building tools that enable faster, more confident decision-making.

  • Here’s the deal:

  • Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
  • Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts, a physical coach and a gym to regular mental health checks;
  • Tools of your choice: choose technical equipment and the tools you need to do your best;
  • Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
  • Convenient commuting: traveling from point A to point B can be a pain. That’s why, depending on your unique circumstances, we compensate part of your public transport costs;
  • Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
  • Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
  • Gross salary: 4700- 6300 Eur/month for the Lithuanian market. It may vary depending on your skills, experience, or location.
