Lead Data Analyst (Product Data)

This team comprises experts who specialize in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data, as well as building predictive models using machine learning algorithms. The Data team also takes pride in creating robust ETLs and dashboards that allow other teams to monitor, plan, and achieve their goals effectively.

If you want to:

  • Drive the execution of the analytics strategy across domains such as Product, Infrastructure, and Payments—ensuring analytical initiatives are tightly aligned with business priorities and delivered to a high technical standard;
  • Build robust, end-to-end analytics solutions that empower stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions;
  • Push the boundaries of how data is used—challenging assumptions, uncovering opportunities, and driving continuous improvement;
  • Act as a senior technical expert, providing mentorship and hands-on QA for other analysts and data professionals;
  • Lead high-impact data projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are well-managed;
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into measurable analytics outcomes;
  • Champion and help implement best practices across the data team, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability;
  • Advocate for data literacy and enablement, helping others self-serve and interpret data confidently;
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and rigorous thinking.
  • And you can check off:

  • A relevant BSc or MSc degree and proven experience of hands-on industry experience preferably in product analytics;
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write performant, complex queries across large-scale data environments;
  • Solid working knowledge of Python and/or dbt would be considered an advantage;
  • Proven experience delivering multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders;
  • Expertise in creating compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar—and ideally experience training others to use them effectively;
  • Strong business acumen: you challenge vague requests, clarify impact, and guide stakeholders toward meaningful data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English;
  • A self-starter and cross-functional collaborator who takes ownership, leads by example, and supports the growth of those around you.
