We’re building a new squad, a startup within a startup, to design, develop, and grow our new and much-needed tool to protect your identity online. It’s called Incogni – a new consumer privacy-tech tool that allows anyone to remove their personal data from 3rd party companies. If you want to:

  • Coach the team to learn and apply engineering best practices in various areas;
  • Hold yourself and your team to the highest engineering standards, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Overall responsibility for scalability, performance, security, monitoring, and resilience of the platform;
  • Manage the budget for the engineering department, and make strategic decisions to ensure that we are always investing in the right areas;
  • Continue to form and grow your teams – assist in hiring and onboarding new members, perform training activities, and help team members to follow their path to professional growth;
  • Proactively defining technical objectives and metrics for the teams and their initiatives;
  • Collaborating closely with the R&D and Product teams to prioritise projects, identify dependencies, and synchronise teams in shipping high-quality software.

  • Having a track record of building high-performing, self-organized teams & hiring new team members;
  • Experience in the development of team members: personalised career development plans, driving or participating in creating company-wide career ladders, promotional processes, etc.;
  • Solid proficiency in communicating with both technical and management levels;
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements;
  • Solid technical background (back-end or front-end).
