We’re looking for Apps CRO Manager to own in-app experimentation and push revenue growth through fast, high-impact testing. You’ll focus on improving paywalls, trials, pricing presentation, and core conversion flows across iOS and Android ecosystems. You’ll turn data and user insights into clear hypotheses, ship experiments end-to-end, and scale what works. Own and execute the in-app CRO testing roadmap, prioritizing experiments by revenue potential, user reach, and effort;Generate hypotheses for testing paywall creative, copy, pricing presentation, and trial offer variants, integrating insights from analytics and user research;Own the configuration, launch, and monitoring of all experimentation tests;Manage the timely coordination, briefing, and delivery of design and copy assets needed for experiment variants;Analyze test results against key business metrics and calculate the cumulative financial impact of successful tests;Document results in a centralized knowledge base and communicate key learnings and recommendations to stakeholders;Coordinate with other teams to ensure all events and metrics required for test analysis are properly tagged, logged, and accurately attributed;Systematically integrate insights into the testing backlog to ensure the roadmap addresses core user pain points;Improve and evolve CRO processes, promoting best practices across the organization;Work closely with stakeholders from marketing, sales, and product teams in an agile environment, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.And you can check off:
Proven experience in a dedicated CRO, Growth Marketing, or Product Analytics role, with a focus on mobile applications;Proficiency in statistical analysis and using analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to validate hypotheses and measure test outcomes;Strong understanding of mobile attribution frameworks (SKAdNetwork, ATT limitations, MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust);Demonstrated experience working with A/B testing platforms (tools, such as Purchasely, Optimizely, or Firebase Remote Config);Deep understanding of the subscription monetization model and the unique constraints and opportunities within the iOS and Android ecosystems.Here’s the deal:
