Product Manager (Incogni)

The Product Manager for Acquisition team will lead initiatives focused on acquiring new users, optimizing purchase funnels, and driving growth. This role requires close collaboration between product, marketing, and analytics to deliver initiatives that increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize customer acquisition. The Product Manager will prioritize initiatives based on their impact and effort needed, by close collaboration between marketing and their cross-functional team.

If you want to:

  • Communicate the product vision, objectives and key results to ensure alignment with overall business goals;
  • Analyze user acquisition funnel to identify any conversion bottlenecks and suggest strategic improvements;
  • Implement data-driven improvements to optimize conversion rates, focusing on landing pages and checkout flow;
  • Define, manage and prioritize the product roadmap for acquisition features and campaigns, ensuring alignment with growth targets;
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and increase user acquisition efficiency;
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development;
  • Collect requirements to create and refine user stories;
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure that high-quality features are delivered in time;
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics to develop effective acquisition strategies and understand user behavior patterns and developers, QA, and designers to implement acquisition-related product features;
  • Track metrics and key results to measure product success;
  • Stay informed about Privacy and Security industry trends, emerging technologies and  competitor acquisition strategies to keep the product competitive and appealing to new users.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in user acquisition or growth (B2C);
  • Strong understanding of product management, software development, marketing, UX/UI, and analytics;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams effectively;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Data-driven mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude;
  • Desire for challenges and tackling complex problems;
  • Experience in problem-solving and identifying dependencies within projects;
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
  • Knowledge of data privacy products is a plus;
  • Fluent in English.
