Senior Back-end Software Engineer (R&D)

We’re launching an internal incubator built for those who thrive on building something from scratch. This small, autonomous team will focus on creating a new security product with the freedom to move fast, test bold ideas, and challenge the status quo.

It’s a space for curious minds and hands-on builders – people who are driven by experimentation, comfortable with uncertainty, and excited by the idea of shaping something new from the ground up. If you’ve worked in a startup or an innovation-driven environment before, you’ll know exactly what to expect.

If you want to:

  • Architect, build, and maintain the server-side logic of the new application;
  • Lead the design and implementation of backend features and APIs using PHP;
  • Focus on writing clear, tested, documented code that delivers real business value;
  • Ensure responsive and reliable service through scalable architecture.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer, specifically with PHP;
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and modern PHP frameworks;
  • Experience with RESTful API design and implementation;
  • Experience in building highly scalable systems;
  • Proficiency with database design and management;
  • Background in microservices architecture;
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
