Mid/Senior UX Researcher

If you want to:

  • Conduct user research using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), 5s tests, user interviews, data analysis, etc.;
  • Analyze user behavior and purchase flows to identify pain points and opportunities for improvements that would be translated into hypotheses for a/b tests;
  • Own the entire research process - from picking the method and forming research goals to reporting the findings and managing stakeholders;
  • Closely collaborate with other teams, such as the experimentation, web development, and design teams;
  • Provide guidance in helping other colleagues conduct research activities.

  • And you can check off:

  • Proven experience in research working within a dynamic web-focused environment (ideally with experimentation/CRO teams where research is an integral part of the process);
  • In-depth knowledge of mixed methods;
  • Experience with various research tools like unmoderated testing platforms (Maze, Useberry, etc), User Interviews, Google Analytics, and behavioral insights tools;
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations;
  • Ability to report research findings clearly, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels;
  • Have a strong sense of ownership in everything you do;
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
