Mid/Senior Partnerships Development Manager (Incogni)

If so, we're looking for you to join our dynamic Marketing Partnerships team at Incogni!

As part of the New Partnerships squad, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our partnership strategy across a diverse landscape, including affiliate partnerships, B2B and B2B2C collaborations, and other performance-based marketing initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of expanding our reach and driving customer acquisition for Incogni by collaborating with a variety of new partners. This role offers the autonomy to explore innovative partnership models and hone your negotiation expertise while working with established players and identifying emerging opportunities.

If you want to:

  • Proactively identify, source, and cultivate relationships with key marketing partners across various channels, with a strong focus on affiliate partnerships, B2B, and B2B2C collaborations;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies and business plans that align with our overall marketing objectives and focus on performance;
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear performance-based deliverables;
  • Collaborate closely with affiliate partners, B2B partners, and other marketing partners to optimize campaign performance and drive conversions;
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives;
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying key metrics and providing actionable insights for optimization and growth;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and identify new performance-driven partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2B2C partnerships, business development, marketing partnerships development, or affiliate partnership management;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels; 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies or close deals that drive measurable results;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
