If you want to:

  • Lead Surfshark’s online reputation team, responsible for tracking online sentiment and responding to customer feedback on social media platforms and app stores
  • Guide team members in solving complex cases to help mitigate crises and risks
  • Track and analyze online reputation data and present it to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate potential larger-scale issues within the organization
  • Help develop standard procedures and communication templates for more efficient collaboration
  • Continuously improve online reputation management and communication processes
  • Act as a link between the marketing team and customer support team

    • And you can check off:

  • Experience as a team lead and/or senior online reputation manager
  • Systemic approach toward problem-solving in unstructured and undefined situations
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and willingness to dig in to understand macro- and micro-level details of a situation
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding and use of social platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter)
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and trends is a plus
