What do we do? 
We humanize complex concepts by solving user and business problems. We strive for a flawless user journey to make them stick to our brand. 

What are we about? 
First of all, we’re about the users. We focus on app and web design, plus cover all marketing needs. On a daily basis, the UX/UI team works to stand out from a big crowd, test for a better experience, and share our knowledge to keep building expertise. 

Who works in our team?
App and web designers, illustrators, graphic designers.

What tools do we use?
Our key tool is Figma, but we also use the Adobe Suite, ProCreate, and anything else that helps us speed up our processes.

If you want to:

  • Oversee the end quality and consistency of all web-based projects;
  • Successfully manage team commitments by delegating tasks and organizing weekly sprints;
  • Ensure expectations across the organization and external stakeholders are clarified between all parties involved;
  • Effectively manage and mentor team members in core skill areas;
  • Be involved in hiring and expanding the team;
  • Guard the design system and proactively identify areas for improvements to it or specific workflows;
  • Embrace the culture of experimentation and A/B testing;
  • Be a go-to person when web design is involved.

And you can check off:

  • At least 4 years of experience working with web or product design;
  • Experience in managing the creative process with multiple stakeholders from engineering, product, or marketing teams involved;
  • Communicating abstract concepts clearly and confidently across different audiences and varying levels of the organization;
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Advanced experience working with Figma;
  • A positive attitude and great social skills.

  • Gross salary 2975 - 5600 EUR/month (for Lithuanian market);
