We are looking for our first hire to do everything ad-related: from analysing competitor activities to developing and testing acquisitions for paid channels. Testing ad copies or creatives and levelling up our conversion rates.

Manage Incogni’s paid search (Google Ads) and other paid media channels (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads and others);Analyse competitor activities to continuously assess and refine our tactics;Develop and test acquisition strategies across multiple paid channels (YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads etc.);Drive A/B testing activities for ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates;Perform data analysis aligned with business goals to identify growth and optimization opportunities;Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns across all channels;Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, incorporating them into Incogni’s campaigns;Craft the strategy and lead the early efforts of paid acquisition, develop and test acquisition strategies across multiple paid channels (YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads etc.).And you can check off:
At least 2+ years of experience in managing acquisition campaigns across paid search (Google Ads) with minimum 1+ year of experience in paid media channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads);Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.);Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data;Experience working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns across diverse paid channels;Excellent time management skills to effectively oversee campaigns across multiple platforms;Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments;Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.Here’s the deal:
