Head of Product, Incogni & Ironwall
We’re looking for a Head of Product for Incogni and Ironwall — leading global data removal services. You will play a critical role in scaling products and leading our team of Product Managers to ensure our platform drives real business value, empowers users to take back control of their personal data, and shapes the future of the data removal industry.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the overarching product strategy, driving commercial outcomes while successfully executing our mission to make data privacy accessible and automated. This position requires a unique blend of SaaS business acumen, strong emotional intelligence, strategic vision, and the hands-on leadership required to build a truly connected, high-performing team in the rapidly evolving privacy tech space.
If you want to:
Craft and communicate the product vision, connecting our mission of data protection to actionable product strategy and clear priorities;
Take ownership of core SaaS metrics (Retention rates, LTV, BPS) by ensuring the roadmap directly drives commercial impact and continuously proves value to users in a "set-and-forget" passive utility model;
Transform individual contributors into a deeply connected Product Team, building rituals that foster collaboration, psychological safety, and shared problem-solving;
Act as the ultimate voice of the customer, deeply understanding consumer anxieties around digital privacy and engaging with industry trends to guide discovery;
Represent Product strongly at the executive level, managing trade-offs, protecting team capacity, and ensuring Product has a strategic voice beyond just execution;
Lead by example in adopting new paradigms, such as AI-driven experimental discovery, actively learning alongside your team;
Partner seamlessly with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Revenue leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and shared ownership of outcomes;
Bring clarity and lightweight structure to product operations, focusing on better alignment and outcomes rather than bureaucracy and process for the sake of process;
Serve as an external evangelist for our product, our mission, and global consumer data rights.
And you can check off:
Proven experience leading and scaling a product management team within a fast-growing SaaS, consumer tech, or cybersecurity environment;
Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, subscription pricing, packaging, and how product decisions impact the financial health of the business;
Track record of shaping product strategy to move core metrics, specifically overcoming challenges inherent in passive utility products;
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of genuinely developing PMs and helping them grow their strategic capabilities;
Strong executive presence and the ability to confidently manage pushback from leadership while using data to justify strategic trade-offs;
Demonstrated ability to build high-trust, peer-level relationships with cross-functional leaders;
Experience building psychological safety within a team, creating an environment where people feel comfortable taking risks, bringing unfinished thoughts, and asking for help;
A hands-on approach to continuous discovery, showing a relentless curiosity for privacy market dynamics, regulatory shifts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and the competitive landscape;
The ability to handle pressure gracefully, shielding your team from organizational chaos while maintaining focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
Bonus points if you:
Have successfully led a product organization in new and emerging markets, particularly within privacy tech or cybersecurity;
Have experience improving core SaaS metrics for passive utility products, finding highly creative ways to surface ongoing value to users;
Possess a strong understanding of the global data broker ecosystem and digital privacy legislation.
