If you want to:

  • Fully own the process of recruitment (digital marketing and tech roles);
  • Carry out interviews and recognize whether the candidate is a good cultural and professional fit for the company;
  • Work closely with hiring managers during recruitment processes;
  • Have profound knowledge of company products and recognize the specific requirements and conditions for different job positions;
  • Thoroughly analyze recruitment data; 
  • Seek for innovative ways to improve the recruitment process;
  • Establish professional relationships to build up a sizable network of potential candidates.
  • And you can check off:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in recruitment role;
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management;
  • Headhunter mindset;
  • Willingness to explore new processes and approaches; 
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and work environment;
  • Excellent English skills.
