Our HR team does everything people-related – from searching for new talent and onboarding newbies to bringing our community together.  They encourage people to grow together, take full ownership of their work, challenge the status quo, always choose kindness, and promote transparency. Where would we be today without our HR team? Certainly not in tip-top shape, both mentally and professionally, and not 300+ people strong.

If you want to:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations and align with the company's goals and values;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues and concerns, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment;
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting goals and objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations;
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead the HR team, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and engaged in their work;
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior leaders to achieve the company's goals;
  • Ensure the company complies with legal requirements related to employment;
  • Consistently observe and strengthen the organizational culture to ensure it remains robust and consistent with the company's values and objectives;
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and use this information to make informed decisions.

  • Experience leading HR teams and managing HR functions in a dynamic environment;
  • Proven ability to manage and lead through organizational change and other challenging circumstances;
  • Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization;
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working with HR systems and tools.
