If you want to:

Work on solving user experience issues in cooperation with the product team;

Elevate the team across all product life-cycle stages by providing user-centric insights, mapping out the flows, framing problems, and designing user interactions;

Make clear and intuitive prototypes out of broad and complex ideas;

Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business, and technical considerations;

Continuously provide and receive clear and reasoned feedback to and from other design team members, enabling the team’s professional growth.

And you can check off:

3+ years of product design experience;

Proficiency in design system usage or creation;

Effective communication, with the ability to clearly explain your ideas to stakeholders;

Low and high-fidelity prototyping skills;

Interest in user testing and both quantitative and qualitative research;

Proficiency in Figma;

Multidisciplinary and fast-paced team collaboration, often on tight deadlines;

Skill in prioritizing effectively to balance user and business needs;

Ability to collaborate with various teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to grasp design requirements and deliver exceptional concepts for our customers.
