HR Administrator

Are you a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? As the Office Administrator for our Warsaw hub, you’ll support teams from Surfshark and Nord Security products — leaders in the global cybersecurity space. Your role will be at the heart of our operations, blending HR administrative tasks with reception duties to ensure a welcoming and well-run office. From managing employee records to supporting onboarding, benefits, and events, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our team members and visitors alike. If you want to:

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation;
  • Take care of the employee documentation cycle;
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation;
  • Help with employee benefits administration and answer benefit-related queries;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
  • Support the Site Lead in employee relations and resolving HR-related issues;
  • Supplement Office Manager on reception duties and events, if needed;
  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Proven experience as an HR admin or in a similar HR role;
  • Previous experience with reception or front-desk duties;
  • Fluency in Polish and English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • A proactive, open-minded, detail-oriented, and approachable personality;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion;
  • Ability to work with delocalized and multinational teams.
