CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

Our growth team is making sure that Surfshark’s users understand the benefits of our product and use it in the best possible way. They create use cases and grow our user crowd by implementing convenient product changes while maintaining and nurturing our existing clientele. Now, they are looking for extra hands and brains to help us take our game to the next level!

If you want to:

  • Own and execute all transactional communications for Surfshark products across multiple channels (email, push and in-app notifications);
  • Be the primary owner in-house of our CRM platform;
  • Ensure that we’re using our CRM platform, available communication channels, and associated integrations to their fullest capabilities;
  • Design, plan, implement and report results of A/B and multivariate tests;
  • Be the problem-solver first in line to help Customer Retention Managers and other marketing teams troubleshoot and deliver the projects from conception through execution;
  • Document all system processes, triggers, journeys and training guides;
  • Work with other teams to implement, test, maintain and manage the integrations that improve our multi-channel CRM capabilities and help advance our CRM strategy;
  • Work closely with Product, Automation, Marketing and Data teams. 

  • And you can check off:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of CRM and/or marketing automation
  • Experience building multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, in-app, and push notifications;
  • Extensive working knowledge of current email marketing best practices such as subject lines and layout, rules, strategies and tools;
  • Experience developing and deploying campaigns using marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or HubSpot;
  • Ability to translate requirements from the team into an exact scope and technical specifications;
  • Good technical understanding and know-how in CRM tool(s), AMP HTML, customer databases and segmentation;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work efficiently with other teams;
  • Fluency in English.
