Senior React Native Engineer (Incogni)

Tech
Vilnius / Kaunas
A hand holding a magnifying glass over an eye.
We're building a new team to develop an Incogni mobile application using React Native — and we're looking for a mobile engineer ready to take on meaningful ownership.

Incogni is at the forefront of consumer privacy-tech, making it easy for people to remove their personal information from data brokers.

You'll help shape the product, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to defining how AI-assisted engineering becomes part of our daily development practice.
As one of the first engineers on the team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape both the product and the technical culture from the ground up.

If you want to:

  • Take ownership of key areas of our mobile app - influencing everything from feature development to architectural decisions;
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve velocity, quality, and development experience;
  • Help shape and experiment with AI agent tools that can support prototyping, testing, or scaffolding tasks;
  • Collaborate closely with design and product to craft a seamless, high-performing user experience;
  • Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability - while mentoring others as the team grows.

And you can check off:

  • Proven experience with React Native;
  • Commercial experience building and shipping real-world mobile applications;
  • Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile UI architecture;
  • Familiarity with Zustand or similar state management libraries;
  • Eagerness to use or explore tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Cody, etc.;
  • Willingness to experiment with agent-based AI models and think about how they’ll impact development workflows.

Here’s the deal:

  • Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
  • Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks;
  • Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work;
  • Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
  • Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
  • More days off: additional vacation days depending on your tenure;
  • Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
  • Gross salary: 5600-7000 Eur/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
