Mid/Senior Mobile Affiliate Specialist

Want to work at the heart of mobile user acquisition? We’re looking for a Mobile Affiliate Specialist to join our growth team and take our affiliate channel to the next level. This role is all about data, quality, and impact. You’ll dive into campaign data every day, spot suspicious patterns, cut out fraud, and double down on what’s working. You’ll work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to keep our growth engine clean, scalable, and profitable. If you want to:

  • Build and manage relationships with mobile networks and partners;
  • Negotiate commercial terms and set up new campaigns with clear ROI targets;
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV) and optimize campaigns for scale and efficiency;
  • Collaborate with our performance marketing, analytics, and product teams to drive user growth;
  • Set up tracking and attribution through our MMP and ensure accurate reporting;
  • Proactively identify new growth opportunities and test new partners, creatives, and traffic sources;
  • Manage budgets, forecast results, and report on performance to stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in mobile affiliate marketing or user acquisition;
  • Solid understanding of the mobile performance ecosystem and mobile attribution;
  • Proven track record of hitting growth or revenue targets through affiliate or performance channels;
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical thinking, ability to draw correct conclusions from data and subsequent action steps;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
