Product Manager (Incogni)

The App Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and user acquisition and retention of the Incogni app. This role covers the entire user journey, from initial discovery to maintaining engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, defining and executing acquisition strategies, maintaining strong user retention, and collaborating with marketing, engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver a world-class app experience that attracts and retains users. 

You will prioritize initiatives based on their impact on company Objectives and Key Results and required effort, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

If you want to:

  • Communicate the product vision, objectives, and key results (OKRs) and  ensure the app’s alignment with overall business goals. Define and communicate the long-term product strategy for the app, taking into account market trends, user feedback, and competitive analysis;
  • Analyze the user acquisition funnel and in-app user behavior to identify conversion bottlenecks and suggest strategic improvements. Implement data-driven improvements to optimize conversion rates, focusing on app store optimization, onboarding flows, and key in-app user journeys;
  • Define, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap for new app features and acquisition campaigns, leveraging market analysis and user research to align with growth targets and product strategy;
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development;
  • Collect and describe user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications;
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure that high-quality features are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, developers, QA, and designers to implement product features and understand user behavior patterns. Ensure seamless collaboration and shared understanding between technical and business teams;
  • Track key metrics and key results to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress;
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor app strategies to keep the product competitive and appealing to new and existing users. Implement and manage App Store Optimization strategies to improve app visibility and drive organic downloads;
  • Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve product development and optimize processes.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on mobile app products and user acquisition through mobile channels;
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum), marketing best practices, UX/UI design principles, and data analytics;
  • Experience with mobile app analytics platforms;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Data-driven mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform product decisions;
  • Desire for challenges and tackling complex problems;
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
  • Proven experience in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve product development and process optimization;
  • Knowledge of data privacy principles and best practices;
  • Fluency in English.
