Partnerships Team Lead (Incogni)

We’re building a startup within a startup, to design, develop, and scale our new and much-needed tool to protect your identity online. It’s called Incogni – a new consumer privacy-tech tool that allows anyone to remove their personal data from the internet. Our partners are the biggest tech publisher websites, best-known privacy key opinion leaders (KOLs) and the biggest newsletters. If you want to:

  • Define and lead the partnerships strategy, from planning and execution to performance management.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing partnerships professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design and data teams to strengthen user acquisition performance across Partnerships channel.
  • Take part in complex commercial and high-stakes negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements and valuable partnerships.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective use of tools, processes, and resources to drive team efficiency.
  • Track and monitor key metrics, analyse data to inform decision-making, and use insights to optimize performance and ensure continuous growth.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity by attending relevant industry conferences.

  • Proven track record of closing strategic deals and hitting ambitious targets.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams. 
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and clear, confident communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead projects from inception to completion.
  • Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, MixMax, Impact, CJ, or Tune (HasOffers).
  • Are familiar with affiliate marketing platforms and technologies;
  • have basic digital marketing knowledge in areas such as SEO, CRO, or PPC advertising.
