Mid/Senior Content Production Specialist

If you want to:

  • Manage the company's editorial process for English-language content;
  • Employ the power of AI to support quality content production;
  • Use your creativity and ideate unique content ideas;
  • Oversee the content ordering process from freelance writers;
  • Develop, maintain and improve a database of freelance writers;
  • Proofread, edit and ensure content meets the highest standards of style, grammar, accuracy and a timely delivery;
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to freelance writers;
  • Contribute to the Surfshark blog and have a dedicated writer's page;
  • Bring your innovative ideas to life and help shape our editorial process.

    • And you can check off:

  • Proven excellence in written English. Knowledge of other languages would be considered as a nice bonus;
  • Experience with generative AI tools; 
  • Advanced editing and proofreading skills to enhance the clarity, readability, flow, style, and structure of articles; 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO; 
  • Ability to tailor messages to different audiences; 
  • A creative approach to the content creation process.
