UI/UX Designer

What You Will Do:
- Own the development of UX/UI solutions for new software products;
- Work on finding ways to communicate the value proposition through design & seamless experience for the user;
- Proactively create wireframes and develop prototypes;
- Be responsible for running market & user research and drawing conclusions from results;
- Overlook the process of coming to solutions to abstract problems;
- Lead and own the process through achieving the final result;
- Cooperate with marketing teams to deliver engaging visual assets;
- Overlook the process of finding and working with freelancers & agencies;
- Work on delivering solutions that consistently align with business objectives.
What We Expect:
- 3+ year of experience in designing web/landing pages;
- Proven experience in working with tools like Figma, Sketch & Adobe Illustrator;
- Demonstrated knowledge of user experience principles;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Understanding of design systems & frameworks;
- Proven understanding of CSS would be considered as a plus.
