UI/UX Designer

What You Will Do:

• Own the development of UX/UI solutions for new software products;
• Work on finding ways to communicate the value proposition through design & seamless experience for the user;
• Proactively create wireframes and develop prototypes;
• Be responsible for running market & user research and drawing conclusions from results;
• Overlook the process of coming to solutions to abstract problems;
• Lead and own the process through achieving the final result;
• Cooperate with marketing teams to deliver engaging visual assets;
• Overlook the process of finding and working with freelancers & agencies;
• Work on delivering solutions that consistently align with business objectives.

What We Expect:

• 3+ year of experience in designing web/landing pages;
• Proven experience in working with tools like Figma, Sketch & Adobe Illustrator;
• Demonstrated knowledge of user experience principles;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Understanding of design systems & frameworks;
• Proven understanding of CSS would be considered as a plus.
